I think the purple kind of disappears when there is only a little bit of it. Personally I prefer the yellow or equal parts--the yellow is bright enough that it pops out in a little surprise, but isn't overpowering. The green is kind of overshadowed by the brighter yellow when there isn't much green.

I like the green, the first one. It says more to me artistically. My eye is drawn to the green while the rest falls into the background.

ReplyDeleteI like the pink. Since it really stands out from all the other neutral colors in that quilt.
